2. Products and Listings

We sell cue-sports related products, apparel, and accessories.

Product descriptions, images, and prices may change without notice. We aim for accuracy, but if a product is listed with an obvious error in price or description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed.

We accept payment via:

  • Shopify Payments (credit and debit cards)

  • Shop Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

If we suspect fraudulent activity or payment irregularities, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

4. Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

Where products are listed as pre-order or made-to-order, dispatch dates are estimates and may change depending on supplier or production timelines.

If a pre-order is significantly delayed, we will notify you by email.

If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order due to supplier allocation changes, we will issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on the courier used.

If your order is lost or delayed in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue in line with your consumer rights.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

In summary:

  • You have statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • For faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject within 30 days.

  • For change-of-mind returns under our commercial policy, items must be unused, resellable, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once returns have been received and inspected.

7. Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead follow our returns process.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, designs, and text, belongs to us or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our written consent.
