Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy sets out how we process, ship, and deliver your order, and what you can expect once your purchase has been placed.


1. Processing & Dispatch Time

We operate two fulfilment routes depending on the type of product you order.

In-stock items
If an item is already stocked, we aim to dispatch within 2–5 business days of your order being placed.

Made-to-order / print-on-demand items (e.g. clothing, custom or printed products)
Where an item requires ordering, production, or printing, dispatch times will be longer. Typical dispatch is 5–10 business days, but this can vary depending on the product and supplier. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom

We ship all UK orders using a standard postal service or a tracked courier, depending on order value, size, and product type.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery estimate: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Used for lower-value or lightweight items.

Tracked Shipping

  • Delivery estimate: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • Automatically applied to higher-value, bulkier, or multiple-item orders.

  • Includes tracking and compensation in line with the courier’s terms.

Delivery estimates are based on business working days and are dependent on the courier’s service.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may change in line with courier pricing. We do not control third-party courier price changes.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order value

  • Destination

  • Parcel size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Higher-value or bulky items will automatically be sent via a tracked service.


4. Order Tracking

Where applicable, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
If tracking is not available for your selected shipping method, this will be made clear at checkout.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We use reputable couriers to deliver your order.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate. We will resolve this in line with your consumer rights.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assess and resolve the issue.


6. Address & Delivery Issues

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for any re-delivery costs.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office before contacting us.


7. Restricted Locations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders placed from locations we cannot ship to.


8. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will be dispatched on, or shortly after, their stated release date.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will normally ship together unless you request separate shipping.
